Proof of membership must be uploaded during the online registration. This includes a letter/email confirmation from the society or a membership ID card. To view a list of these organizations, please click here (World Congress endorsing societies) and here (DSS-II partners).

Please note that the Endorsing Society Membership discount only applies to physicians and scientists, who have a current membership. 

** In order to benefit from the Medical Student / Residents special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

*** In order to benefit from the Allied Health Professionals fee you need to be employed in the healthcare field, such as nurses, dieticians, nutritionists, etc. (not MDs, PhDs, MDs/PhDs or DOs). A submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

Payment of registration fees (in GBP) can be done during the registration process by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or after completing the registration process by bank transfer (Additional 30 GBP commission is required):

o    Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

o    Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.


In case of cancelation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 GBP) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the deadlines below to reg_wcidt15@kenes.com :

· Cancellations received up and including July 1st, 2015 - full refund less £25 handling fee.

· Cancellations received between July 2nd and September 21st, 2015– 50% refund.

· After September 22nd, 2015 – no refund will be made.
